~Local Pick-up Option~
If you choose "Local Pick-up", pickups are made at All Dressed Up Boutique in Buna, TX. Once orders are dropped off, pick up needs to be made within 1-2 weeks (max) so that other orders can continue to be dropped off. If you are unable to pickup within that time, please select shipping or request a shipping invoice. **Local pickup is offered as a courtesy to my immediate local customers. ADU, nor myself, are responsible if you choose to drive from outside of the area and she is closed. She is a small, single employee shop. Please make sure to check her Facebook page prior to pickup or call (409) 994-3030 should you need to check business hours.
~Refund policy~
Bows~n~Curls will only refund our products if it is defective upon delivery. If an item is damaged please contact us at bowsncurls@yahoo.com within five business days upon receiving your merchandise. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are deemed non-defective.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-2 business days.
***Once your order has been transferred to USPS or other carrier, Bows~n~Curls is no longer responsible.*** We are unable to issue refunds or replace orders for lost or stolen mail. Please contact your local post office for any issues in transit. Priority mail or added insurance is available for purchase at an additional cost prior to shipment.
~Exchanges~
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at bowsncurls@yahoo.com and send your item to: 1011 County Road 777 Buna, Texas US 77612.
~Shipping~

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a priority shipping service or purchase shipping insurance with tracking. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
BUYER ASSUMES ALL LIABILITY: These are fashionable accessories only. Please note that they may contain small parts, such as embellishments, that may pose a potential choking hazard. Please supervise when being worn. Buyer assumes all liability.
